Jada Fund of Funds commits to Stride Ventures Debt Fund V to diversify funding channels for Saudi enterprises

  • Jada commits to Stride Ventures Debt Fund V, broadening non-dilutive financing options for high-growth companies in Saudi Arabia.
  • The partnership strengthens Jada’s private debt capabilities and supports the continued development of Saudi Arabia’s private capital ecosystem.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - 21 April 2026:  Jada Fund of Funds announced the signing of an agreement to commit to Stride Ventures Debt Fund V, a private debt platform managed by Stride Ventures that targets startups and SMEs primarily in Saudi Arabia.

The partnership is expected to expand the availability of private debt in Saudi Arabia—offering high-growth companies access to flexible, non-dilutive capital to support operational needs, extend runway between equity rounds and finance expansion, while helping founders preserve ownership.

“Our commitment to Stride Ventures Debt Fund V reflects Jada’s continued focus on broadening financing solutions for SMEs in the Kingdom,” said Bandr Alhomaly, CEO and Managing Director of Jada. “Through this partnership, we are introducing additional non-dilutive funding options that enable founders to scale sustainably while strengthening the overall resilience of Saudi Arabia’s private capital ecosystem.”

Launched in 2018 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jada has deployed more than SAR 3.5 billion across venture capital, private equity, and private debt strategies. The Stride commitment marks the 48th fund in Jada’s portfolio and its third private debt investment, reinforcing the role of private debt as a strategic asset class as Jada continues to diversify funding channels and support economic development.

The partnership also underscores the increasing cross-border integration of Saudi Arabia’s capital markets, combining international fund management expertise with local deployment ambitions.

“Through our partnership with Jada Fund of Funds, we are excited to expand into one of the region’s most dynamic startup ecosystems,” said Fariha Ansari Javed, Partner at Stride Ventures. “Saudi Arabia’s innovation landscape has grown significantly in recent years, and we look forward to supporting ambitious founders with flexible capital solutions.”

As Saudi Arabia continues to attract rising levels of foreign investment and advance its economic diversification agenda, the expansion of private debt options represents an important step in deepening capital markets and empowering the next generation of Saudi enterprises.
