  • Jada successfully concluded the second edition of its Executive Roundtable, “Inside the Institutional Investor Mindset: Evolving Strategies in Saudi Arabia’s Private Capital Markets,” on October 7, 2026.
  • The roundtable brought together key industry leaders, policymakers, and prominent international and local investors for a closed-door discussion that covered the fundraising environment, evolving LP allocation priorities, and the continued institutional development of Saudi Arabia’s private capital market.

Riyadh, October 19, 2026 - Jada Fund of Funds, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), convened its 2026 Executive Roundtable in Riyadh, bringing together more than 100 senior investment decision-makers to discuss the evolving dynamics of Saudi Arabia’s private capital market. The event was the second in Jada’s Executive Roundtable series, following the inaugural 2025 roundtable on private credit in Saudi Arabia.

The roundtable examined how the Kingdom’s private capital ecosystem is evolving. Discussions addressed the outlook for private capital markets, today’s fundraising environment, evolving LP strategies and allocation priorities, institutional investors’ expectations for local and international fund managers, and emerging trends shaping the market’s future.

Participants highlighted that institutional appetite for private capital remains strong, but that capital is being allocated more selectively. Investors are placing greater weight on the balance of risk and return; credible routes to realized returns; and the institutional strength of the managers they back. The discussion also considered the role of governance, transparency, reporting, and risk management in attracting sustained institutional investment, as well as the role of secondaries and evolving fund structures in addressing investor and market needs.

“Attracting institutional capital means building investment firms that investors can trust. Investment discipline, team depth, a clear strategy, strong governance, and alignment of interests with investors all matter, alongside a track record of consistent returns,” said Bandr Alhomaly, CEO and Managing Director of Jada.

Through events such as the Executive Roundtable, Jada continues to strengthen its catalytic role in developing Saudi Arabia’s private capital market by connecting investors, fund managers, and enterprises to drive sustainable SME growth and long-term economic progress, in line with Vision 2030.
